Using GetRatchet

GetRatchet provides an API, SDKs, workers, and a console for recording and recovering AI agent tool calls. You are responsible for the handlers you register, the services they call, and the data you send. Keep your account and API keys secure, grant access only to authorized people, and do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Execution and side effects

Durable work uses at-least-once delivery. A worker may complete an external action and fail before reporting success; another worker may run that action again. GetRatchet cannot promise exactly-once effects at your payment provider, email service, database, or other destination. Use the destination’s idempotency mechanism for irreversible actions. Local function wrapping runs inside your process and cannot resume that function if the process exits.

You decide whether to replay or bulk recover failed work. Review the saved input, handler version, and duplicate risk before doing so. GetRatchet does not execute JavaScript submitted through the dashboard.

Accounts and organization data

An organization owner or administrator manages its members, projects, environments, API keys, and recovery actions. You must be authorized to upload or process data about others. Do not send secrets or personal data in tool payloads unless needed for your use case, and configure your own tools and destination services to handle them safely. Our Privacy and Data Use page explains current storage and sharing.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, interrupted, or limited while we maintain it or respond to incidents. The public status page reports point-in-time platform health; it is not an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Features and limits may change, with material changes reflected in product documentation or this page. No prices or paid commitments are published by these terms.

Ending use and support

You may stop sending work and contact us to discuss organization data removal. We may restrict abusive or unsafe use to protect the service and other users. These terms do not transfer ownership of your tool code or customer data to GetRatchet. Contact us at the address below with questions or disputes.
